Brianna Racine, MS, BS, BCTMB, LMT #27080, ACSM-EP EIM
I attended Lake Washington Institute of Technology's massage therapy program in 2010. After graduating, I became board certified with the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and worked in studios and chiropractic clinics throughout Western Washington. In 2016, after moving to Oregon, I paused my career to focus on obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology to further my understanding and knowledge of the workings of the human body. In 2022, upon reinstating my massage license I pursued my Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. In addtition to my massage license and certifications, I hold an Exercise Physiologist certification and Exercise is Medicine credential from the American College of Sports Medicine. In addition to working with humans, I am trained in Equine Massage.
Massage has felt like a calling to me for nearly 16 years. I revel in using my hands and knowledge to ease the physical tension and stress from my clients' bodies. My background and education illuminate ways to create release and relaxation, while my intuition guides my hands in application.
I strive to bring a positive experience to each of my clients and to meet them where they are. I operate on simple ideals of inclusion, respect, and honesty. Back to Roots Massage Therapy is a place for any and all to come explore the wonderous benefits of massage in a safe, nurturing environment. My aim is to provide as much relief in a session while working with the body and my client.
When I am not in clinic, I can be found at home with my family, reading, gardening or crafting. In addition to owning Back to Roots Massage Therapy, my husband, Jason, and I own Happy Roots Farm offering quality cut flowers.
